Delivery Policy

When you make a purchase, an email will be sent to you with your order details. This will include details such as product name, price, mode of payment, and order placement date.

Cash on delivery is available for all orders. However, if you prefer a bank transfer  instead, please WhatsApp us after order placement and it can be arranged.

As an added benefit to our clients, we have subsidized our delivery charges to remain at a flat LKR.250, for packages of all weights to anywhere in Sri Lanka. The delivery charge will be added on at ‘CHECKOUT’.

All deliveries will be made within 3-7 business days, and our delivery agent will contact you before delivery. We request you have someone collect it on your behalf if you are unable to personally collect it at the time of delivery.

If you would like to make an exchange, it has to be informed within 7 days of delivery. Our ‘Exchange Policy’ page has more details on the process for exchanging an item if there is an issue.

During peak periods, there may be delays in shipping due to high demand volumes undertaken by our courier partners. Therefore, we depend on your patience and understanding during such times. We will keep you informed if there are any delays.
